




Delivery & Returns Info
Most orders for delivery within Australia are sent by AusPost Receipted Delivery, AusPost Express Satchels or a Courier Service - Most of these require a signature on arrival so we recommend delivery to a work address if you are unlikely to be at home.
Orders for overseas delivery are sent via AusPost International Air Post unless an Express Courier service is selected. An Express Courier Service for overseas orders does allow online tracking of your parcel. However it should be noted that in many countries there will be a greater likelihood of your goods attracting duty and charges from your local Customs Office, due to the level of paperwork and administration involved with a Courier service. We have also found that deliveries to the UK and Europe are more likely to be held up in Customs and attract additional duty charges than in any other countries worldwide. As a result we actually advise against a courier service for ANY EUROPEAN countries as often International Air Post will be a quicker option at a greatly reduced cost, but this is still an option for urgent orders if preferred. |

Orders selecting an Express Post service will be prioritised for immediate processing and subject to stock availability should be delivered within 48 hours, for orders received before midday. If a delay on dispatch due to stock shortages is anticipated in excess of 3 working days on Express Orders, you will be informed by email.
Where an item is in stock your order will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt - However when making your selection please note the detailed text for your chosen products, as this will indicate if it is a stock item, or a Special Order. To enable us to offer the widest possible range online some items from our main suppliers will be ordered in on a weekly basis, and so a slight delay in dispatch may occur.

Please ensure you include a copy of your Dispatch Note, or a letter to identify your name and order number. If returning goods for a refund we will credit the card, or PayPal account originally used to place your order within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. Your refund will cover the cost of items returned, but not the original freight charge. If you wish to exchange for different items this is deemed a new order, and the value of returned goods will count towards your exchange request, but freight will be due as per a new order.
Goods returned outside the specified 28 days period, will be accepted up to 60 days after purchase if not worn, but will attract an Admin Charge of $15 so any refund will be reduced accordingly. However we reserve the right to refund at the current prices of products returned after 90 days as many items will have been discontinued, or would be sale items after this period
